a discussion on the increasing interest in single assertion endorsement
credentials, use cases, and potential approaches. This has been an active
topic at groups such as the Open Badges v3 IMS Global WG, HR Open Resume
WG, as well as the LER Network (T3 Innovation Network:
https://t3networkhub.org/) which aims to bring together these communities
around gathering the requirements for a well formed single assertion
endorsement credential that should satisfy employment (HR, business, and
related communities), education, and training use cases.
