I don’t need to enumerate my personal and family commitments here. But I did see Manu’s heads-up and did click to visit the survey before “the
end of today (Aug 19th 2021)”.

Or one could have voted many days ago when things were open. It does not matter an hour + and -.
If you start digging into that bees nest you need to think about what part of the world have added the most votes.
If it is Europe, it should have closed Europe time.

It looks like the poll is run in EDT:

The poll opening and closing was automated and the poll software doesn't allow me to re-open a poll after the official close time.
