I've read RFC 4998 <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4998> and RFC 3161
<https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3161> though can't seem to find what I'm
looking for, namely how to provide the content that has been used (in our
example the 'HashInput') for generating a transaction hash. The only
document I know of that describes such a mechanism is the Cryptographic
Hyperlinks draft <https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-sporny-hashlink-05>,
and thus I'm wondering if I'm overlooking something obvious?
