+1 toll free call in number is easy to use and requires no additional software. Zoom provides both US and international call in numbers. It can be enabled for every meeting

Zoom offers a phone dial-in option as an alternative which hopefully would cover members in more restrictive IT environments?

I also struggled multiple times to join via SIP, so I would be happy with Zoom too.
