hi all, happy friday.

i'm interested in the chair position for this group. i think it's a good opportunity to bridge/reduce redundancy between DIF and W3C initiatives, with my ongoing activity in the DIF on similar topics. i've been working with this ecosystem for only a fraction of the time of many folks here, so i'd appreciate the chance to learn about how W3C does things from experienced folks, as per heather's comments. plus, i have a decent amount of time to spare lately. could my hat be thrown into the ring for this? thanks
