It's my understanding that there is currently no meeting scheduled for next
steps on forming a (W3C + DIF) group for working on encrypted data vaults /
hubs / personal data stores.

Reason given to me was "legal discussion / waiting for w3c’s opinion".

Who is the W3C point of contact on this issue and what is the ETA for the
next meeting to form the group?
