CCG Co-Chair Job Description

All,

In preparation for the coming open chair position, we created a job
description that describes chair duties

Kim, Wayne and myself have worked to automate/simply as much of the
operations & infrastructure activities so that chairs can focus on more
strategic activities to support the community in the coming years.
