How to contribute to JSON-LD Contexts and Documentation?

Per the discussion on:

https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-spec/pull/270

I'd like to request some time on the October 1st (or sooner if possible)
CCG Call, to discuss how best to support contribution to JSON-LD Contexts
and the supporting documentation.

As noted in the PR, there are a lot of documentation gaps, and its not
obvious how best to encourage contributors to help close them.
