We continued to discuss PR #47
<https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-resolution/pull/47> that improves the
DID URL Dereferencing algorithm. This has now been merged.
We also went over some diagrams that explore different architectural
options for DID resolvers.

<https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-resolution/issues/48> that should be
easy to fix for newcomers!
