Good progress was made on closing remaining issues with the DID WG
Charter <https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-wg-charter/issues>.

*No call will be held next Thursday* due to U.S. Independence Day, but
additional special calls may be announced to continue work on the DID
Work Group Charter.
