Re: CCG 2018 Year in Review Survey (for forwarding)

All - just a quick update to this, we'd like to keep this survey to those
who are somewhat involved or already know about the CCG - because the
questions won't really make sense otherwise.

As we just discussed in the W3C call, I'll draft a separate survey for
broader distribution.
