Sure.  It uses Java Servlets:
https://github.com/cyberphone/jws-jcs

There is a dependency to a library which is only published as source
https://github.com/cyberphone/openkeystore/tree/jose-compatible
and thus must be compiled as well.

You need "ant" to build the code.

Creating the logotypes in SVG were the biggest hurdle :-)
