Combining the weekly DID Spec and DID Resolution Spec calls into one weekly call Thursdays 1-3PM Pacific Time

When we originally scheduled a series of weekly calls on Thursdays for late
March and April, we set up two back-to-back calls: one on the DID spec from
1-2PM Pacific Time and a second of the DID Resolution spec from 2-3PM.

They had separate meeting pages and recordings, but we held them in the
same Zoom Room.

On last week's call we decided there was so much overlap in topics that it
would be much less hassle to just combine them into one call, with one
meeting page and one recording. So we're starting that this week.
