New standard for money - ultimately reporting to Congress (probably via the Treasury)

I need some help. There is a trade war happening.

A NEW standards organization at the Federal government will have to be
created. The Treasury originally defined the monetary standard for gold.
We are going to do so for IT.

I will coordinate until someone with the Federal government takes over.
Hopefully, someone familiar with NIST/standards will step up to assist.

The first draft of the standards are defined. See my Tweet below. Contact
me for details.

W3: please select an appropriate group/groups, so I don't cross-post. Can
we have a discussion forum? Easier than email. Conversationally-threaded.
