With the BTCR method, the DID Documents for public DIDs are either
accessible through DNS at a standard public URL (I use GitHub for
convenience), or in are available in a decentralized content addressable
store via a hash of the DID Document (typically IPFS but any other can
work). With private DIDs you can also just send the DID Document directly
over peer-to-Peer with the DID Auth, as any full node can verify it.
