Hello,

Is anyone keeping track of (public?) implementations of
DIDs/DDOs/resolution, etc?

Just asking because there's some work happening on a "universal
resolver" that can resolve different kinds of identifiers:
https://github.com/decentralized-identity/universal-resolver/tree/master/implementations/java

Specifically, I'm curious if there's already generic code for parsing
DIDs and parsing/constructing DDOs.
