I think it seems to be the most common problem in the group. I've gotten it to work some days and not others by using toggling the proxy setting under my user's account page, but it's inconsistent. Not sure why! If I had more time I'd do some more network debugging to try to see why it is but that's not my area of expertise so I think it would take me a while and it's hard to find time to debug it...
