FYI: TPAC Hyatt hotel discount is still available

If you are going to TPAC and don't have a hotel, note that there are still
rooms available with the W3C discount at the Hyatt Regency SF Airport.

I wanted to give a heads up because the TPAC hotels page
<https://www.w3.org/2017/11/TPAC/#venue> has a "sold out" note dated 7/14,
which is incorrect, at least for the moment. The discount is substantial,
and it's where the event is occurring, so get it while you can. The
discount is said to expire on 10/20.
