forgot to add one last item:

5. The poll will be used to inform the decision on terminology. In the
best case, we'll just use the poll results directly. However, if the
vote results in a combination of terms that does not make sense,
then the group will use the preference ordering from the vote to
select a set that does make sense. If the group fails to do that,
the Chairs and Editors will pick something (as a last resort).
