Face to Face meeting opportunities

Team,

As the official Working Group marches toward creation (hopefully), we need
to start thinking about when and where we will have our face to face
meetings.  We often get better attendance when we can co-locate with other
activities and conferences related to our topic, such as RWoT or IIW, for
example.

I'd like to start a list of these kinds of events that we can maintain in a
single location to simplify our scheduling and planning discussions.
