Those license terms and implications have been discussed elsewhere at
length for many years.  Please, lets keep this list about the
credentials specs.  As stated in the spec [1], JSON-LD uses JSON as
detailed in RFC4627 (now obsoleted by RFC7159).  If you believe there
is an issue please move this discussion to an appropriate legal forum
and/or consult your legal counsel.  Thanks.
