i've finally had time, post availability to review the minutes [1]

IMHO addresses relate to postage providers credentialing capabilities.

Yet maybe the browser companies are planning on a disruptive market entry
using drones or something, therefore browser controls makes sense to them.

dunno.

most post providers do a fair bit.  have retail outlets to help citizens,
all sorts of stuff.  i look forward to the work of these geniuses in
delivering world class outcomes i guess ;)
