Vint Cerf's discussion[1] at the decentralise conference [2] goes into some
of the "how do we store stuff for a long-time" issues.

I've been watching it now, i think i'll need to review a few times.
Perhaps we could reach-out and see if a paper or a set of notes are
available about his thoughts on the subject..
