Final polishing of the Roadmap

Hello All,

I think we are almost complete the roadmap.  Thanks to all of the
contributors and editors.

There are a small number of remaining topics under discussion in the
section "Envisioned Uses".  Can you take a look and assist with the final
disposition of those items?
