RDF Normalization Typo

I just read through the most recent draft. It'll take a few reads (of a completed version) to really become comfortable with it, but on the surface it feels good.

I only noticed a simple typo:
Create a hash according to the according to the Hash Quads algorithm <http://json-ld.org/spec/latest/rdf-dataset-normalization/#hash-quads>.
In section 3.3 algorithm step 5.3.1.
