Access to Roadmap Document in Google Docs

Hello All.

I have been told that there are some issues editing and/or commenting on
the roadmap.  I researched and see that IF the link is forwarded to another
party that was not the original granted party, they can view but not
comment.  I have now added two ETS persons that were in this status but I
cannot say if others were also disallowed.    Unfortunately I cannot change
this behavior of my Google apps.  If you or a colleague needs to comment
and edit the document please feel free to send an email to this address.

If there is a more open product that we can use to edit the document please
direct us there.  Thanks for your patience and I hope this has not been an
impediment.
