Tim Holborn sent this in a private email, it's incredibly pertinent to
the use cases document and background behind the credentials work:

Namely, they call out the "Phases/Operations/Framework", have an
excellent definition of identity and credentials, and have real-world
use cases wrt. drivers licenses, ID cards, etc.
