What is 5-Star Linked-Data?

Figured, perhaps for any newbies, a description about Linked-Data might be
helpful, as i'm not sure it's been done (in this group) yet.

Tim Berners-Lee describes it [1] in 2006.  What many of us are working on
(generally) are projects that support the 5-star linked-data quality.

I tried to provide further information on the Webize Group [2].

So, if people have questions - feel welcome to ask...
