Heads up: Upcoming vote on charter

This is a heads-up that, per the meeting we had on Tuesday[1], there is
an upcoming vote this Friday on the group's charter:

If there are any objections to the vote or modification requests to the
charter, please send them to the mailing list before 5pm ET on Friday,
August 29th 2014. The voting poll will be open for two weeks starting
this Friday.
