Proposed Web Payments/Credentials Specification Stack and Timeline

Hi all,

Here's a draft overview graphic of the proposed specification stack for
the Web Payments and Credentials work:

The Credentials work would ignore the Web Commerce and Web Commerce API
specs, but could utilize the rest of the software stack. To be clear,
this is only a starting point / proposal. If other companies or
organizations step up and put their technology under a W3C
royalty-and-patent-free license and copyright, those technologies could
become a part of the stack as well.

Here's a draft proposed timeline for each spec, which hopefully shows
the dependencies between all of the specifications:

Each of these specs can be found on the Web Payments specs page (we'll
move the credentials-centric specs to a different domain once we've got
that website setup):
