Ian, and Community group CG and Community Process Team First, thank you organisers for the Chair training sessions yesterday, I d like to request, on behalf of other Chairs as well who may benefit from a refresher where are the Chair Training resources published? I cannot remember the names and email addresse of the presenters and the title of their presentations, as it was very late night for me But I would very much like to follow up with questions and comments The session on how to handle difficult situations was particularly useful and I would like to suggest it could be expanded with real cases *how to deal with gaslighting, harassment and who to contact in case we need help on this occasion *Ian has offered to chat, and I ll try to prepare a brief for our meeting to make sure I dont forget to bring up all the issues * But it could be useful to keep Wendy or other specialists in the loop as she seems to be the specialist here on how to handle harassment etc *There was a mention during the training to a community process document but I do not recall ever receiving any notification of such a thing *apologies if I have missed that Is there a repo /folder that Chairs should refer to? *in particular CG chairs of which I am one I just realized that 4 years ago some guidelines for publishing CG reports may have changed *I have the old guidelines in mind, but could not find the archived version that I was familiar with Thank you Ian J for bringing my attention to the new group report requirements which I will of course adhere to https://www.w3.org/community/reports/reqs/ but I cannot find communication in my inbox that requirements had changed Please instruct, remind I look forward to continued exchanges and to documenting processes Best regards to all Paola DM On Wed, Feb 18, 2026 at 11:52 PM Paola Di Maio <paola.dimaio@gmail.com> wrote: > apologies from me also, *multiple grave shifts- I ll keep an eye on the > list for updates > have a nice meeting everyone. til next > Pdm > > On Wed, Feb 18, 2026 at 11:34 PM Deborah Dahl < > Dahl@conversational-technologies.com> wrote: > >> If there's any time available today, I would be interested in any >> information or tools that are available to show the big picture of >> community groups, like clusters of related groups on different topics.
