RE: Minutes

Reading thru the minutes, these comments arise:

1 - Must support multiple specs per CG.

2 - Will the URL home page of each CG be "http://w3.org/community/<short-name>"

3 - And will our Specs hang off that URL? Eg: http://w3.org/community/odrl/WD-Spec-20111111

4 - Can we use other W3C URIs for our vocab namespaces, such as http://www.w3.org/ns/xxxx
