AT&T would be glad to step up as editor for CoreMob 2013. We can begin work on the new draft immediately,  as we already have been working on input for it.

Where Coremob 2013 gets developed is essentially function of which group is able to find an editor for it. Until that point is resolved, everything else is moot.
