W3C Context Graph Kickoff!

Hi everyone, I'm Ron Itelman, chair of the W3C Context Graph Community
Group. I've posted our committee chairs, a short origin story, kickoff
dates, and how we'll work together here:

Two kickoff calls — same content, pick whichever works (and no worries if
you can't join, there will be other opportunities to connect):

   - Tuesday, March 24 · 12:00–1:00pm Mountain Time
   - Tuesday, March 31 · 12:00–1:00pm Mountain Time

Google Meet links are in the README. If neither time works, reach out and
we'll figure something out. *Please note:* Committee Chairs will host their
own meeting with their committees once a quarter.
