Need WCAG 2.1 guidelines in Braille

Hi,

I am a blind person from New Delhi, India. I am undertaking some
courses on web accessibility. while I have studied the WCAG 2.1
guidelines from the w3c homepage, but it would really be great to be
able to read these in Braille.  I understand, sending these across to
India may be an expensive proposition. So I would request you to point
me  to  where I may be able to get these in the  .brf format so I may
take  a printout.
