In the instructions for "Sufficient Techniques" the following is presented: "Using two or more of the following techniques: using one of the following techniques:".  It is unclear how many techniques need to be implemented in order to meet this guideline.

Proposed Change:
Clarify whether it is "one" or "two or more" techniques required.
