I am following up on your comment on WCAG documents:

We will fix the issue with [begin add] etc. appearing in the footer, but
can't duplicate the issue with the header that you report. Can you let
me know what user agent, version, and operating system you are
experiencing this on?

This is not a formal response from the Working Group; we will send that
once we have closed on the issues. This is just a request for additional
information.
