Resize Text: Understanding SC 1.4.4.

Problem:
Refer to the 5th para, 2nd sentence, “For example, in Web mail applications
the subject column may not wide ...” at
http://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/visual-audio-contrast-scale.html
Proposed Change:
Add “be” to make the sentence grammatically correct.
