In SC 3.3.4, there is a defined term, “user-controllable” (followed by the word “data”).  From the linked term in the glossary, it is clear that the term being defined is “user-controllable data” (and *not* just “user-controllable”).

Move the word “data” inside the hyperlink or update and/or update the errata document.
