Word cannot indicate cells as row headings

Proposed Change:
Add a note to the Description (or to the Word example) indicating that Word can only indicate cells as column headings and not as row headings which has to be done another way (e.g. with Acrobat) if applicable. This issue may, or may not, apply to other authoring tools – if it does apply, then clarifications needs to be added to those examples also.
