Proposed Change: 1st suggestion: "The alt attribute must be used and have a null value (i.e., alt="" or alt=" ") to avoid a failure of this Success Criterion." 2nd suggestion: "The alt attribute must be provided and have a null value (i.e., alt="" or alt=" ") to avoid a failure of this Success Criterion."
