Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change): The first sentence of the intent of Understanding 1.4.5 does not make sense to me as it seems that previous text has not been deleted. It says: "The intent of this Success Criterion is to encourage authors, who are using technologies which are capable of achieving a specifictheir desired default visual presentation, to enable people who require a particular visual presentation of text to be able to adjust the text presentation as needed. Proposed Change: Modify "capable of achieving a specifictheir desired default visual presentation," to make it understandable.
