I have a question. I am trying to test if my document can be resized up to 200% based on http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20081211/G142. I have removed Internet Explorer 8 (now I have version 7), and downloaded Opera 9.64 When I try to zoom my document up to 200% in Internet Explorer 7, it passes.. When I use Opera 9.64, it ony maitains up to 150%. Does WCAG 2 mandate that text in both browsers need be resized at 200% (or at least one). If only one, will I pass, since one passes, and one fails? I know you documented Opera 9 and Internet Explorer 7 for testing. But I cannot get a hold of Opera 9, but can get a hold of 9.64 What should I do?
