I have photos that contain Images of Text based on 1.4.5 guidelines. I did not add it in. The camera captured it. Please look at SC Criteria listed at http://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/visual-audio-contrast-text-presentation.html
 
I already verified I passed C22.  However, I fail C30 and G140.
 
Some SC criteria only require me to pass a few techniques. 
 
Some require me to pass all techniques
 
Since I only pass only one Sufficient Technique (C22), does this mean I pass or fail 1.4.5?
