My paragraph has no specified color. However, I have headings, text links, and hr tag specified in color.  
 
Can this pass WCAG 2.0/AA/1.4.3
 
I "think" it is a failure due to G148 at http://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/visual-audio-contrast-contrast.html. 
 
Any thoughts on how I can keep my color and pass this scenario?
 
Are my suspicions right or wrong on the failiure?
