Hi, here is my comment in regard of the current review for bug 2043 : http://trace.wisc.edu/bugzilla_wcag/show_bug.cgi?id=2043 I agree with your review but there is a need of more details like : "If the author uses a technology that do allow users to enter the sub-content with keyboard and does not allow users to exit the sub-content with keyboard by default (i.e. it is not a feature of the web content technology or it's user agents) then, in order to implement this technique the author would build such a capability into their content or not use the technology." Otherwise it's a UAAG issue not a WCAG issue Best regards Aurélien Levy
