Name: Steven Email: stevenjs@mindspring.com Affiliation: Designers of the World Unite! Document: W2 Item Number: (none selected) Part of Item: Comment Type: general comment Summary of Issue: Disband yourselves Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change): Seriously, go to hell. All this garbage you promulgate becomes a fascist mandate to compromise design for the vast majority in order to pander to sick notions that the disabled should rule web. Honestly, unless you are designing a site for the Blind Folks Union, accessiblity is dogma on rails. \"an engine, an egine, chuffing me off like a jew,\" as Plath puts it. \"Me\" being every serious designer on earth, who must bow to this pathetic \'politically correct\' ass-kissing of a miniscule minority of disabled people, degrading all design in the process. Death to Accessiblity Standards. Designers of the world, unite! Proposed Change: Go home and take a powder, preferably arsenic.
