Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change): In the definition of \"Web unit\":

\"identified by a single Uniform Resource Identifier (such as URLs)\"

This is not only grammatically wrong but rather sloppy language for a specification.
Proposed Change: \"identified by a single Uniform Resource Identifier (URI)\"

Consider whether to add a note stating that a URI is either a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) or a Uniform Resource Name (URN). Is this still correct?
