We are looking to make our web application conform to AA standard. Which document should we follow to achieve this: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 W3C Recommendation 5-May-1999? or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 W3C Working Draft 19 November 2004?
