In Monday's meeting a tone-mapping for PQ was discussed.

It is available in https://www.itu.int/dms_pub/itu-r/opb/rep/R-REP-BT.2390-8-2020-PDF-E.pdf section 5.4.1

Note that the ITU updates from the Feb Meetings are appearing and I think in the newest version, this may have moved to BT.2408, but that is not available on the website yet.
